1. Reservations
All reservations must be made through the hotel’s official channels or authorized partners.

- Reservation details are confirmed via email upon successful booking.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time is from 14:00.
- Check-out time is until 12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon arrival.
3. Rates & Payment
- All rates are quoted in the applicable currency and include taxes unless otherwise stated.

All additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled prior to departure.
4. Cancellation & Amendments
